Archer is a small town with a rich history. It has a small-town feel, and the streets are filled with memories of the old railroad town it once was.

 

Archer still has numerous historic homes, some of which date back earlier than 1890.

 

This town proudly shares its history in the Archer Railroad Museum and within multiple stores on Main Street.

 

Archer's population is now around 1,000 people and hosts annual festivals like the Yulee Railroad Days.
