Renting
The rental market in the North-Central Florida area can be overwhelming. When you work with me, I will walk you through the process every step of the way.
Find an agent
Find an agent you want to work with and discuss your rental needs. They will use the information you provide them to search for places that fit what you're looking for. Working with an agent costs no money out of your pocket!

View Rentals
Once you find one or more places you're interested in renting, you and your agent will coordinate and schedule tours of those places to get a good feel for how it looks in person.

Apply and move in!
Once you've found your top pick, complete an application. Keep in mind that there may be multiple other applicants you're up against, so having a few backups is highly recommended!
