Waldo, a calm and quiet town, is home to about 1,000 people. It is one of the oldest towns in Alachua County.

 

Every weekend, locals flock to the Waldo Flea Market for fresh produce, plants, and booths packed with curiosities and antiques.

 

Next door is Waldo's Antique Village, which is open during the week as well.
